file extension V5 downloads

I bought V5 and some accessories (for example character, hair, etc.). In addition head and body morph for Genesis.
Now I don´t know, which files I must download for Poser 9 Win 7.
Please look at attached list. What means companion files, Legacy files and DSON Core files? And what means trx?

Legacy files….......... DS 4 or below
DSON Core files…...DS 4.5 and needed by Poser as well
Companion files…...Poser

TRX are DS files.
