I’ve created duf files for Strigoli: The Vampire, but it says I should now update the metadata before making the Poser Companion Files. So how the heck do I update the metadata?

You don’t have to do that - PAs do, but not end usrs who don’t use Smart Content. There’s an option in the Create Companion Files to just work on the folder directly, and to tell it what kind of file you are working on.
