OK, just been given some new information. Try either Shift+Ctrl+R, or hold down shift and the browser refresh button.
Can you try, see if that works for you.
Tried that before (didn’t work), but now it loads. I guess that damaged CSS file had to be refreshed. I’ve set my browser to always load (as I do webdev with it sometimes).
