There are several alien heads in the Creature Creator morphs, if you’re using Genesis. There’s also an alien head in one of the other morph sets, but I don’t remember which one.

I’ve got the K4 Gray Alien and really like it. I had to pick up a few outfits for K4, of course. There is a body suit with some nice textures that I use. Also, one of the outfits has cowboy boots that I like. I’m still looking for a good space helmet to use, but I’ve found a few that are acceptable.
