Yes, but which base figure are you going to use?

I need to set the next character to stick out your tongue as the previous image of the child, there are options to rotate, up and down the tongue, but the option to pull the tongue out of the mouth can not find it anywhere

I had never used James; I just discovered that the Tongue Out Morph was missing, myself.  P8 Alyson and Ryan, and P7 G2 Simon and Sydney do have the ‘tongue out’ morph.

You should be able to drag James’ tongue out by using a magnet, but I’m not well versed in magnets.  You would need to use the grouping tool to select the tongue polygons, and create a magnet to operate on that group.  Here’s a magnet tutorial…
