Enabling & disabling Active Pose ?

Hi, unfortunately I've no idea where to look for this option on V4/Genesis or how it works. All help much appeciated as always :-)

    Active Pose is just a tool - enable it by selecting the tool, disable it by selecting another tool. Did you mean IK (inverse kinematics)?

    Thanks to be honest I was reading something on a tutorial which mentioned using it on body joints as I hadn't a clue what it meant, IK too for that matter, thinking it was some new thing one had to learn.

    Otherwise still blundering around trying to reduce information overdose.... :red:
