How do I make a 'hole in the road' as seen on You Tube?? The tutorial writer made his short film using Blender. Is it possible to do something similar in DAZ 3d or Bryce??
A link would be handy :)
Unlike Blender, DAZ Studio is not a modeller. If you have a road model that you can load into DS4P, then you can send it to Hexagon (also free atm), and create a hole there. When it is returned to DS4P, there will be a morph slider for it.
I am sure that it can be done in Bryce as well. It may be possible to deform the road in DS4P using Deformers.
Thanks Jimmy. I'll install Hexagon and spend a few days getting the hang of it. Ok, it's nowhere near April Fools Day but it's still a great prank to pull on my son. Especially as it's gonna be his garden I'm placing the 'hole'!!
Here's the link to 'hole in the road'
Anyone who can offer hints how to do this in DAZ, Bryce or Hexagon
Camera tracking in DAZ??? Actually only this script can do something like it https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts/mcjvoodoodaz-for-ds1-2-3-4
