I'm having problems downloading some older stuff, some that I had to reset and some that I bought recently.
I tried resetting as ws suggusted elsewhere but it didn't work.
Does it download corrupted or incomplete, or is there a "file not available" message?
Try downloading with a different browser.
Try resetting in Itemized Order History.

I was using Internet Explorer, which would not download the file.
It worked fine with Google Chrome.
