Is it possible to print directly from my screen? And if so, how?

are you wanting to do a screen shot. There should be a button on the top line of keys on your keyboard to do that prtScn

If using windows the print screen function may wotk (have to admit I do not know if that goes direct to default printer or not), failing that there is Ctrl-P (along with, I think. Ctrl-Alt-P) whch will do a screen capture to clipboard which can then be pasted into a graphic package such as Paint and then printed. Vista and W7 have the Snipping Tool (found in Accessories from Start Menu> All Programs) which lets you pick an area to 'grab' and then save.
