If you are using a credit card, when you try to place and order, apply a coupon, your order is not finalizing. We are aware of this issue. You can place the order without the coupon, contact sales via a ticket, we will refund you the cost of the missing coupon, please supply a screen shot and an order number.
Or you can wait until this matter is resolved, we will announce ASAP.
If you are using PayPal, your payment will be processed, but your order will not, the items are left in your shopping cart, LEAVE THEM THERE. If this is the case please send sales your PayPal Transaction ID# and email address. We will fix your order.
