We have noticed many people posting in the forums discussing issues with canceling their PC membership. Although we want to keep you as a member, we understand that some will need to cancel their membership. We want to outline the proper way to cancel your membership in the Platinum Club.
Please follow these steps:
* Be sure you are logged in to the store
* go to “My Account”
* Select “My Subscriptions”
* click “Edit”
* “Cancel”
* Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
If you are paying via a credit card this is all you will need to do.
If you are using PayPal, follow the procedures above, as well as cancelling your subscription within PayPal.
Simply deleting your credit card information will not cancel your PC membership.
A note of clarification:
* When an item is purchased as a subscription, the credit card information is held separately to maintain the subscription. This is common in all web stores like Amazon.
* The credit card information is held behind multiple firewalls and is encrypted so it’s very safe.
* Even if a credit card is removed from your profile, credit card information is maintained to continue your subscription.
* The only way to cancel your subscription is to follow the steps shown above.
