How do I download the toon Chunk Base?

I was wondering if someone there had the same problem I have when trying to download chunk base:

the download "finishes incomplete".

this is already my third order, and no success.

It appears that this download does not work, but I contacted a manager Mirye Software, and he did a test and it worked perfectly the download.
He said it might be a problem with your ISP.
I've tried to download it at home with my friends who use other internet connections, different from my connection ... But to no avail, it seems that this does not work for Brazil ... can only ...

Anyone had this problem? How you solved it?

At least if there was another place outside Mirye Software, where I could download it ...

    You could PM the vendor, and see if she has any ideas that could help you. She has a current Commercial thread here http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/6468/

    I've contacted Chikako, but he said that may be causing the problem my internet provider.
    He had sent me new download links, but the problem still persists.
    I wanted to find a possibility to download chunk from another site.

    As with all Products, that is going to be difficult, because as Chikako is the vendor, the product is only going to be available from her site.

    I registered this http://toonpeople.com/ yesterday thinking I might do as you suggest, but the download page of this site redirects to Miryestore again to the problem.
    I'm able to download anything from other sites, I downloaded this week for gigi kids4, daz store, downloaded contentparadise purchases, etc, just miryestore, giving this error.
    Maybe ... If I could download chunk basis, starting from a User who has had success in low it would solve my problem.

    Sounds like it's a problem with the store to be honest, if you can download from other stores. Have you tried using a download manager to download?

    Yes, I've tried the Orbit, and by free download manager, but they can not predict the size of the file, and apply an unexpected conclusion in the download.
    I also tried the internet explorer8, and the firefox, and gives the same error.

    The only thing I can tell is that I downloaded it from the store without problems.
    That was with Firefox 14, with NoScript and Adblock plus, Mirye store getting a NoScript permit by me.

    What's this? could explain better?

    NoScript and Adblock plus are addons for Firefox.
    They are free.
    They stop advertising and they stop scripts running automatically.
    I am feeling more secure with these scripts.

    Which browser are you using to download?

    I'm using IE.8, and Firefox 15.
    But now, thanks to God, Chikako sent a zip file. Rar, temporarily elsewhere for download.
    Now everything worked.
    just install and start to buy the addons to chunk.

    To tell the truth, I never had interest in toon Chunk, but that changed after they launched this product:

    this new look for the chunk into a very beautiful character to scenes of peasants, even to this day, I think to complete just need to get a hoe, and a straw hat to him.

    In the end, it all worked out.

    I thought the problem likely was at the ISP level. We've had the problem on some occasions that an ISP has modified download limits to files of a certain size). Chunk is now about a 70 MB download because it now includes Chunk Base, Mr Chunk (the extra stuff that comes with male Chunk, preconfigured), and now Ms Chunk.

    We also get about 10 - 20 requests a day (about x 20 that on new release dates) for Chunk, and nobody else was experiencing the same problem.

    We've directed Toon People downloads to Mirye for the time being. There are some back end issues there that were causing problems for downloads.

    It has been great to see the interest in Roy the Halfling! He is the first of our Dungeon Folks models. We don't want him to be lonely, so you can expect a female halfling in the somewhat near future. Roy is also only 0-Level, so there will be some additional add-on packs for him depending on his character class, ie fighter, rogue, etc.).
