    I dowmloaded the Apollo figure a while ago. It works fine and is very versatile, but it only came with a few basic clothes and I can't find many more for him. I looked on ShareCG, found a load of skin textures that sort of look like clothes, but not many actual clothes. Anybody know where I can find some stuff for him?

    OKC Design is a site dedicated to Apollo. You will have to register but there are various pieces of clothing there. There are also links to other sites that have morphs and such for Apollo.

    Does anyone know where I might find a bonsai tree? I'm looking for something to be the main focus of an image, rather then something in the background. And, I'm working in DS4.

    XFrog has a free one here:

    You will need to change the transparency maps by reversing the white area with black and the black area with white. This can be done in a graphics program by inversing the image.

    Help!

    What I need:

    A steep, snowy mountainside with just enough flatness where I can stick Genesis to fight off an ice dragon pestering her from above. Freebie or low-cost item (must allow commerical renders).

    ETA: Oh. Wait. Cliffhanger is a PC item? Cool. I'll get that. Problem solved!

    Help! (Again.)

    I kind of need a male skin (M4 would be nice, can deal with M3), which looks like "you could use it for a base for Santa Claus" (the character is a gnome, often described as "miniature Santa Claus"). Doesn't need a beard, that's my problem to acquire, smooth shave is just fine. But reddish nose & cheeks, jolly wrinkles from laughing would be nice.

    Either free (and one that allows commercial renders) or low-cost (less than 8 bucks or so).

    You could just take the base M4 skin (or Jeremy skin) into Adobe Photoshop, or other photo manipulation software, and tint the nose and cheeks, then save that as a copy (with a new name) and use that. I'm planning something similar to add a custom tattoo to a skin for one of my characters. I just need to figure out how to make sure everything lines up (it's a full back tattoo and that's where the seam is).

    Yes, I know -- but the jolly wrinkles are the biggest problem. I still haven't mastered displacement and bump maps that well.

    The wrinkles are even easier. Just use the Die Tryings 182 V4 Morphs for Genesis: http://www.ShareCG.com/v/58198/gallery/21/DAZ-Studio/DieTryings-182-V4-Morphs-for-Genesis It includes an "Old" face morph and body morph. That will supply the wrinkles.

    I used that set of morphs on all of my characters, male and female. The "Old" morphs really came in handy with my two older characters, including Tommie's grandpa (who also has that "Santa Clause" vide going for him).

    Now that the previous two crises have been handled, I find that I need half-moon glasses, somewhat like those below. Again, freebie (with commercial renders OK) or low-cost item. (Right now too lazy to create them myself.)

    Can you do the "forgot to unstuck my tongue and now it is still out" pose? Digging in sandbox? Squatting there to... you know. Indecent napping on their backs, without censor-tail over exposed bits? The menacing look of "I will kill you, human"? The Ikea Cat, aka Legs All Over the Place, No Idea How to Put Yourself Together Without Ridiculous Flailing? Shredding couch, couch legs, human legs... Running at full speed, and just generally being all over the place. The "If I fits, I sits" and "Muffintop". The "scratch my tummy human - evil human hand must DIE!" clutch-and-rake. The "I will squeeze through this hole even if it kills me" wriggle.

    Yeah I came across that one, but it doesn't actually look like a traditional yo-yo and nothing I did could make it look any better.
