Oliver HD Megapack - Render & Questions/Comments Thread [Commercial]

Well looks like I just can't get enough of my "partner in crime", Fisty, as we have finished another M6 Megapack. Meet Oliver (http://www.daz3d.com/fw-oliver-hd-megapack), he comes as a HD and non HD version, has 7 expressions, hair (can be used on all Genesis 2 males - even the females using autofit), earrings, bracelet, ring and even a thong.

    Before anyone asks.. I know someone will...

    The hair is a separate conforming figure!

    So it can be put on any G2Male human, seriously, any, it auto fits like crazy. It also fits snug enough to the head that if you want to put it on G2Female it auto converts nearly flawlessly.

    I like what Fist and FWArt so much that I should't be surprised to see something as nice as Oliver's pack, but I still am. Well, good to you :coolgrin:.

    I was thinking the same thing. We are desperately in need of good, realistic, contemporary G2M hair. This hair looks great. And the guy looks great too, so it looks like a valuable product. I love that you include accessories. Dan megapack is still my favorite G2M purchase.

    Thanks all for the great comments. Well as for the hair... Oliver started off just the character, but when morphing him and doing his texture I realised really short hair suited him best, however was getting really frustrated with trying to make the older short hair fit that I had, the autoconform worked ok, but not as great as I would have liked it, so said to Fisty, please make us one... so she did... then it came to accessories and I thought he needs something else, so Fisty had to do some more work... well finally I wanted a thong, so she had to rescue me again lol... in the end it ended up another big megapack, so all blame for that is on Fisty for keep saying "ok" ;)

    All the promos posted so far were rendered in Poser.. he looks almost exactly the same in DS though, you know me and DS mats.

    How long does he take to render? I tend to find some HD morphs too much for me. He is a handsome fella though.

    Really quick renders from DS with FWArt's character lights. (IBL-AO)

    The HD took about 8 minutes, the regular took about 3 minutes. I know the difference in time is more pronounced in Poser.

    Does he have an HD head morph? I can't see any difference in the head of the two DS render examples above.

    Yes but it's minor, the body is much more obvious. Fred can tell you what all was tweaked, he's asleep at the moment though.
