Excellent! I haven't bought much of the new stuff (because I'm not buying G2/V6) but this will definitely go to the front of the queue when it appears.

Hey, are those treadmill-powered cranes? I saw one of them being recreated years back in a "how did they do it" documentary. It worked. Sort of. For about ten minutes...

    "Run away!!!"

Looks good - I bet I can still turn it to rubble! Mind you, I could burn a salad ;)

Come to think of it, now all we need is a castle under construction. Perhaps a nice project for the both of you?

Absolutely gorgeous. One for the wishlist most certainly! Keep us posted when it hits the stores won't you, I've been after something like this for a little while now.

This just launched and the email announcement says "MEDIEVAL CONSTRUCTION - 2DAYS ONLY, 50% OFF"...

    http://www.daz3d.com/newsletter/2013/dn/newsletter07-16.html

However it is only showing a 30% discount in the store.

For maybe 10-15mins at launch time it DID show a 50% discount, but reverted back to 30%.

I fthink the sale is one of those progressive ones, buy three items and you'll get the 50% ... I did, at least :)

The store banner says that the item is 30% off, but that the store is up to 50% off (depending on umber of items purchased).

The email I received quite clearly states that the product is 50% off for 2 days, it is only showing at 30% discount.
Perhaps you can explain to me how this image says that there is only 30% off the item.

This is a really lovely set and I probably would have bought it at 30% off but I really dislike being misled.

Here's a look at the props outside of the scene. They're quite well done. My only quibble is that they're all props, so no they don't have any moveable bits. I realize though that this would've raised the cost of the set substantially so I'm still quite satisfied.

Clicky for 1.6mb 2000x2000 props only render on a (textured) primitive plane.

I respect the taste of each person. But I like something realistic.
This is beautiful and very detailed. I also think that just because you create a product of history, of humanity's past, that has to be vellho in visual or ruined. I do not know much about this idea, everyone seems to want an Armageddon! :(

    Congratulations is gorgeous! :)
