Possibly jumped the gun but just bought Petal Fae by SickleYield and there seems to be no download files, either via DIM or via Product Library.

    If that'ss till the case after a few hours, or tomorrow if you can wait, open a support ticket. I've certainly had items fail to appear in DIM until the next day a couple of times.

    Ok, but as mentioned, not just from DIM - the item is listed in my Product Library but no files listed there either ;)

    Daz folks should be in the office by now so if it's still not showing up I'd send a support request. Probably a database glitch of some sort.

    I am waiting on Tech Support to do their magic.

    And their magic seems to have been done. Links now show under Product Library and the product shows up in DIM - so hopefully it is fixed for everyone who had the issue.
