  I don't have this plugin, but anyone who wants to help would need to know what OS you are using, and what version of the plugin (exact file name) that you downloaded and installed.
  
  You seem to have had trouble downloading it, and perhaps the download is corrupt, so if you could post the exact size of the file as well, that may help too

  If you have Intel graphics, try checking for an updated driver - by what the developers have posted that will help in many cases.
