Classic Bikini Tutorial - Can't install part 3 :-(

ANybody else having problems with the Classic Bikini Tutotial part 3? I have donwloaded it 3 times now, all files have 230 MB, but the installer doesn't work. No problems with the other parts though ...

    You might try the installer fix its listed in the stickies up top.

    Same here! Installer is bad..........................I tried the fixer, same results..............Bad DAZ

    Sorry to hear you had a problem with part 3. I have been considering purchasing this as his other tutorial was very good. I'm just wondering how you found part 1 & 2?

    same problem here 14575_ClassicBikini3_1.0_gc.exe is not running

    've contacted support about this problem.

    Thanks for your feedback.
    So I guess I'll have to wait till DAZ fixes it ... too bad, I don't know what I am missing now :-)

    The tutorial seems to be good, though, I had a quick look at 2 videos. I have bought most of Fugazi's Silo-tutorials over at Rendo and they taught me much about modelling!

    I can find fellowes!

    I can install 1.2.4, installer exe.

    but the no3 inlstaller may be broken!!

    and I tried install no3, my PC cry strange sounds !

    now I try download again, but I can not install!!

    The installer name is

    14575_ClassicBikini3_1.0_gc.exe

    Hey fix daz!!! (and fix my PC status too!)

    I can not believe why they did not announce clearly on this forum,
    and stop sell the products till the installer would be fixed?

    Oh dear I've just bought this.

    Hope they sort it out quickly.

    I have all his Silo tutorials and I too have learnt a lot from him.

    Now I try again but the no3 insttaller must be broken. (windows .exe)

    I send support ticket ( yesterday I wrote I may hope not to send ticket,,)

    and I fear another man bought broken item.

    so I want someone make topic "broken installer items (now on sale)"


    why they do not announce it ?

    I think it is better to avoid other customer have same "known trouble"

    they can sell the unusable products, but it just increase other support tickets?

    yeah I bought his "genesis starter tutorial" before. It is good for basic modeling by hexagon.
    (though I thought I could study how to rig and how to use CCT by his tutorial,)

    I too have had issues with part 3 of this. I put in a support ticket, and its been replied to indicating DAZ is aware of the issue and working on getting it fixed. So hopefully not *too* much longer.

    The file is corrupt - I watched the download today and got to about 92 MB at the normal (for me) 160 KB/sec. And then I got a 16 MB chunk, a 32 MB chunk, and the file finished at 230 MB - all in a 5 second period. Reported to Sales also.

    Looks as if it is fixed!!

    I just redownloaded it and this time it worked.:-)

    I redownloaded, too. Now I got a 220 MB file (before it was 230 MB), but it still doesn't install :-(

    That's strange. Mine installed first time and I've watched all the videos now.

    I itemized my order history,

    14575_ClassicBikini3_1.0_gc.exe - PC

    file ver is same as the corrput installer,

    but now I redownload it, and it can run installer.

    It seems to correct as far as for me..

    I checked my mail, and my help ticket now.

    But they do not tell me when they repaired it, at all . ^^# b

    Really strange. I just used my last available download, it's 230 MB again and it installed the file! Yippie ... and now off to watch the videos :-)
