Start DAZ studio stops the DAZ CMS

As of this morning all of my Smart Content and Categories had disappeared. I have checked a number of forums to try and find a solution but, I have not got a working solution.
I have uninstalled studio and CMS and reinstalled again.
I have checked to see if the CMS service is running and started it again, but when i start Studio the CMS stops. I have had task manager open and seen the start change as soon as i start Studio.
Any ideas?

    hi Mike,

    Tried all that was mentioned on the other thread, but still no joy.
    My CMS folder did not contain a database folder as the server stops before Studio starts so there is no chance of bulding one.

    my last vlog was

    any ideas?

    OK I have managed to resolve this, my databases folder was in another directory. I have removed this, restarted the CMserver, reloaded Studio and am in the process of rebuilding the metadata, things have started to appear in the smart Content pane, so I am assuming it is working.

    OK Correction it was workng OK but now it is not, again. The problem this time is that the CMServer is running but the vlog message is as follows:
