Content Downloader / Manager / Installer / Whatever

There's been some talk about a new Content Downloader / Manager / Installer / Whatever thing made by DAZ, but I haven't seen any direct references or download links to it. So what is it actually, what can it do, and where do you get it? Is it a DS plugin or a standalone program., independent of DS?

    Apparently it is some download app type doohickey that will help with downloading/installing Daz content, once it has all been converted to zip files instead of installers.

    It is an optional extra, completely unrelated to DS, and it is an optional extra, you do not need to download it or use it. You only need download it once.

    It is possible to use it on a computer that is not connected to the internet.
