Zikeo's Armour Z?

Posted in The Commons as it is a request for, not an offer of, a freebie. Hope this doesn't confuse Richard too much . . . :coolsmile:

A few years ago Zikeo put up a free Iron Man armor on the Muskateer Graphics site. There's still a link to it in Renderosity's Free Stuff, but http://www.muskateergraphics.com seems to be down hard (wayback machine's last archive date's in 2011) -- anybody know where I can get the armor?

Barring that, what I really need is an Iron Man helmet obj, nothing fancy -- anybody know if one of those is up free somewhere?

    Go to renderosity, search their free section under "Search specific user?" Zikeo. You'll find Armor X for Carrara and Armor Y for D|S.

    ::sigh:: I searched for Zikeo in Rendo's Free Stuff, but not in the "Search specific user?" field. (Where's the "I feel like such an idiot" smiley?) Can't hit the links until lunchtime, I'll try 'em then. Thanks!

    Rendos' search function could use a bit of an update.

    Have a look over on Blendswap.com there is av ersion there, but it would need poser/DS rigging

    I'm not registered on Blenderswap and the Armor Y's doing what I need, but thanks.

    Downloaded Armor Y for D|S without any trouble and tried it last night. It's not a figure or a conforming outfit, it's a set of parented props -- perfect for what I'm doing!

    You can easily unparent the helmet from that armor and parent it to your chosen figure. :)

    Guys,

    I try to control this figure IRON MAN but only parts are moving not a whole armor.

    I want whole armor to move around when I "pull" for certain armor part.

    Thanks for help.
