Genesis, Genitals and DSON

Hi,

Are there Genitals for M5/V5 ?
If so, are they DSON compatible ?
If not, are there workarounds to achieve the end goal of getting Genesis WITH genitals into Poser ?

    Yep there are genitals but you have to buy the Pro Bundles to get them ........

    The Genesis Michael Victoria Combo Bundle also have both the male and female genitals. Its currently $32.80 (PC) and includes this:

    Michael 5
    Victoria 5
    Genesis Male Geo-Grafted Genitalia
    Genesis Female Geo-Grafted Genitalia
    Genesis Evolution: Head Morphs
    Genesis Evolution: Body Morphs
    Genesis Evolution: Expressions

    Yes, the genitals are available as DSON.

    I was told that they now give the gens away for free. or is that just if you are using the most recent DS 4.5 beta? I read they put the gens in the genesis part of the installer.

    BTW I wouldn't know for certain, thats just what peoples were saying in the forum and a few folks chimed in to agree it was true. I have the pro packs so that's how I got mine.

    I've got the latest beta...and if the gens are in it, they are sure hiding well...

    call me crazy then. I would never be able to find the thread about it to prove it one way or another. Maybe it was a mistake for a short while.

    Or maybe I'm just losing my last marble. My heat pump doesn't work after all and i'm losing the ability to think clearly due the cold.

    Yeah, they were supossed to be included with the base now acording to that thread, but I never heard of that again since then.

    OK, so I reset my DAZ Studio, and re-installed the Genesis Content Essentials (or whatever its called). I still cannot find the genitalia. Do you know where it is to be found ?

    I think it's safe to assume it's only currently available with the pro bundles. I've heard nothing official about it being included with non-pro Genesis sets and anything besides is merely hearsay until then.

    But I also doub't they are included there.
    The only products I know the genitals are included are:

    OK, I have purchased, downloaded and installed the pro bundle for V5 and M5. This includes male and female genitalia. Having done this, however, I still cannot find them from within DAZ Studio. I have done a search in the Content Library tab, and getting zero hits.

    So, where are they lurking ?

    DAZ Studio Formats>My Library>People>Genesis>Anatomy

    OK thanks found it. Curious that it didn't come up in my Content Library search.
    Are there no shaping morphs for these ?

    I'm working on some, I'm rigging them to make sure they work in Poser. Also several of my M5s have shaping morphs: Corbin, Braxton and Tyrese.

    There are some shaping morphs provided in the male gens. Select the male gens in the Scene tab, then go to the Parameter tab>Actor>Proportions.

    If you expand the male gens in the Scene tab, shift-select bones Gen01, Gen02, Gen03 and Gen04, then go to the Parameter tab for some entertaining scale and movement dials.

    Yet its currently $35 cheaper than the Pro bundle alone? (PC)
