The readme for this shader doesn't really give any directions on how to use it. And of course there are no artzone links.

Can anyone point me to anything with some documentation on how to use this shader???

Help soooooo much appreciated, thanks!

Select the object on the scene tab you want to apply it to, then switch to the surface tab and select the surface of that object you want it to be applied to, then double click the shader and it will apply.

Thanks Adam, I should have been clearer.... heh.
This shader's a bit different than other shaders!
when I apply the shader, there's a popup.
    It has several options.
I just have no idea idea what those options do, and when I change them it gets ugly so maybe they aren't meant to be changed, but then whats the reason for the popup?

Just a bit confused and even the old daz thread didn't say much....

Select Snow Blend/Amount Slider = How much snow
Select the Snow Color = Diffuse Color
Select the Snow Sheen = Reflect/Specular Color
Select the Snow Scatter = SubSurface Scatter Color

There is something broken with this shader. No matter how I change the color sliders (Snow Color, Sheen, Scatter), no matter the lighting, the produced snow always stays the same pure white.

Are you rendering it in 3dl?

Never mind, it is the color you want to change.
