subtle poses for V5 trouble

I'm having a some trouble with subtle poses for V5. I've installed every thing but when I go to the contend folder it's empty and a search of my hard drive does not turn up the files. I've tried re-downloading and reinstalling but that is not helping. could I be missing a installation file? the only one I have is 15104_SubtlePosesV5_1.0_ds.exe.

    I have those poses, they are in DUF format, you need DS 4.5
    Are you using that version?

    nope,I'm running ver 4.0.3.47 pro. I trust I can up grade without cost right?

    Yes, just reset your order to get the latest version.
