    i don't see any battery tea kettles on amazon. nothing under camping supplies. or a solar powered version. i just want to be able to heat water in case of another power/out.

    You VENT plenty. I see nothing wrong with any of your posts. As I said have fun but sometimes the Thread becomes a Joke a minute, Yes! I've even joined into those from time to time. But three pages of 3D modeling tips or the such would fit better if they had a complaint included. Rezca has left as far as I can see. Rezca would post a render and Complain it was not what they expected. Point out why and get help. I expect that, it's what it has always been.

    All I'm saying is the thread is becoming a Social thread, much less of what it was before. Vent, get a HUG, can not do some 3D effect, you would get, try this. The chit chat just to post or not to help another in need or share joy with others has really changed the thread. Those kind of threads and Forums exist, why change this one? It just seem's so watered down to me now.

    I hope my views do not hurt others but I'm only saying what I feel.


    Jaderail, apparently you missed my History of The Complaint Thread a while back. The complaint part was always intended as a JOKE, socializing was the reason the thread has lasted as long as it has. If you just want complaints here, then as the senior member still posting, I would say you can go to a very warm place. DO NOT try to put an end to the socializing, please.

    the last few years i've been here, this is the bestest social thread ever. i spend more time here, than anywhere.

    oh, don't make me read through 19 back pages to figure out what's going on here. i'm at the dayjob dammit, got paperwork things to do need doing more than catching up right now.

    I had an all natural apple sauce with some berry flavor and a sugar free packet of Hawaiian punch that has a little vitamin c in it. Miss P saw it and said they were bad. They would cause me to vomit again. Every time I vomit lately, it has been during a coughing fit. I do not think it is food related. Maybe flu related (did not get that shot)

    your coughing is prolly wiggling that hangy thing in the back of your throat, triggering a gag reflex, maybe.


    actually, you may be dehydrating if your vomiting. a hospital could put you on an IV solution baggy.

    Yeah I agree, this has become one of the threads I can come to and relax, it's fun, and sometimes I even get to know what my weather is going to be doing.

    The uvula (that hanging bit) tends to swell while having a cold, and rubs against the bits that trigger the gag reflex, yeah.

    . my Downloads got up to over a 1000 items at one point during the bundle spree o.0...
    . bought all the "buy-it-all" items, and now it looks like you HAVE to submit a ticket?! >_<<br /> . still no consolidated searchable list on my itemised orders (yes I know about various spreadsheet tricks);
    . STILL no warning on purchasing things already purchased X(...

    Me, realizing that it is almost 11 pm, I am not sleepy, and I have to get up 5:30 am in order to be able to take a shower and dry my hair so I will be semi-presentable or at least human-like in class.

    ...I'm doomed.

    Go render some sheep, with extra occlusion in the strands of the fleece, to put yourself to sleep ;-).

    Hmm... that probably explains why you're still awake... counting dragons doesn't really have the same soporific effect? ;-)

    It's all good, really. Jade did a self-imposed exile/penance (aka lurk mode), while we missed the heck out of him.
    He was having a VERY BAD DAY due to health problems. This thread is all about peace, love, and understanding, I got to name it, I get to claim it. Nobody can mess up in here now, as long as she/he leaves the TOS alone (NOT my call).
    As I said, it's all good.

    the house owner's buddy brought a few gas cans from Pennsylvania. he ran the generator a couple hours in the evenings. enough to keep the fridgerator food from totally spoiling and revv the heat up for a couple hours.

    ate bread rolls, poptarts and potato chips for a few days. the bagel place got power back last Friday so i was able to get hot coffee. it was cold by the time i walked all the way home with it. but it was gooood,

    No worries, I'm still in semi-snap mode. I'm still doing semi-lurk mode and trying to not let things get to me as I did just days ago. Nothing to forgive. I will be around, I will try to keep myself in check and just have fun.

    P.S. As a CV this does get very hard sometimes. (Not this thread!)
