ds 4.5 pro - where is my genX?

I have bought genX, does this not work in ds4.5 pro? I can`t find it

    Have you searched under "window"? Perhaps you have to open that tab?

    I has had it before I updated to 4.5 and it is still there where it was in 4. First it didn't work for new morphs but GenX is updated for 4.5

    Did you put in the serial number?

    The serial is in your account under My Serial Numbers.
    Find GenX in DS4.5 Help->About Installed Plugins. Scroll down to GenX, there should be a long box to paste in the serial number.

    After you restart DS4.5, GenX should show up in Windows>Panes>GenX.
    If it doesn't, go to Edit / Customize and look under “Panes” on the left side.

    I haven't installed GenX yet but don't you have to register it first with a command in one of the main menu headings, after inserting the serial number?

    Sorry I can't be more precise but I don't intend on reinstalling it as I don't think I will need it anymore.

    If you haven't found it yet, it is under Window > Panes (Tabs) > GenX at the bottom of the Window tab. Batch Convert and Decimate are there too.
