"Empty Range" on V4 forearms, side to side

Hi, using DS4.5 Pro, but had the same problem going back to DS3.

When using V4, the forearms have the "side to side" capability listed, but it says "empty range" and I'm unable to adjust it.

Any ideas?

Is there a process to delete and then re-install V4 correctly to fix this? I think I tried doing it once before to no avail.

    I think I just stumbled across the answer! I clicked on the gear and the use limits box was checked. I can't believe I never figured that out all the time.

    This is correct. Try gripping your upper arm so it can't twist and you will find all you can do with your elbow is bend it.

    Sounds like an annoying limitation in the joint design. Probably not worth the bother of complaining to the manufacturer, though... ;-)
