  I think it was one of Toshiyo's Poser figures but he has closed his store at Renderosity and his website is not updated either anymore. He still has his Faerie Dreams store but this figure isn't sold there.

  I really don't know. This is his website:

  maybe there's a way to contact him. It looks like he has stopped doing Poser stuff.
