SOLVED: Saving a PROP without saving it as a SCENE

Here's what I'm doing:

HEXAGON: create a BOX, export in *.obj
STUDIO4: import, set surface, SAVE AS SCENE (as I do not find any options to save as PROP or CLOTHES or etc.)

STUDIO4: BOX is listed, but labeled as SCENE

Is this just the way or is there something I'm missing.

Also, provided the BOX was of high enough quality, would this be all that is needed to SELL it (if I were a PA) or are there other steps to take?

thanks!

    Great, thanks!

I saw that but didn't understand what it meant.

But how do you load it then? It doesn't show up in the Smart Content menu.

As long as you saved to a mapped directory it should be available in the Content Library, under DAZ Studio Formats>folder you saved to. When it shows in Smart Content will depend on the options for content type and compatibility that you set when saving.
