Platinum Club Membership

I am wondering why my membership was canceled .
I was going to make a purchase and was unable to get my member price.
I then went to my account after reading some of the suggestions and noticed that payments were not taken since 7-15. I am not sure what is going on. I did not cancel my membership and was not notified that it had been canceled.

Has anyone else had this problem?????

I have had problem after problem since the site has changed.
