DAZ Studio 4 - Yellow selection area

Is it possible to turn off off these dumb yellow selection area? And if not, why? Nobody need such stupib thing. If you have a scene full of objects and you slide the mouse over the screen these yellow selection field is just one thing...irritating and total unnecessary

    Hi cosmo...

    Open the Tool Settings pane, and in the Node Highlighting section, change the Draw Style to Bounding Box only.

    I just go to the scene tab and click on the pointer next to the name to turn "selectable" off on all the background elements my cursor snags on (walls, trees, flora, etc)
