    I thought I'd have a stab at this. Landscape and house done in Bryce. A Few tree models I picked up over the years and the man and dog from archive3d. Slight colour correction in Photoshop, and the dodge tool to add a bit of glow for the windows.

    Land of Fire and Ice

    The birds are not burning - they are firebirds! :)

    I'm glad to hear that, poor birds otherwise. Very nice render. The flames are great.

    @Starbrooks lots of interesting textures and good sense of space

    @orbital - genuine warm and welcoming icy scene - good mix!

    and @Kerya - looks amazingly grand and spectacular in full size - quite convincing. Fire and ice - idea is nice!

    Hi Folks;

    Throwing my contribution into the mix here (Some fantastic Renders by the way) I call this image "FROZEN IN TIME" portraying poor souls who have become trapped in the ice.

    Pirate Ship, sword and skull all from my huge collection of stuff from DAZ I have collected over the years. Rendered in Bryce and minor color adjustments done in post with PSP9.

    Hope all are warm tonight and for the Holidays ( Having a snowstorm here off and on for the past day ) Bruce / goshtac

    Some people don't let winter or attacking dragons get them down. Here's something we see all the time around here. At the theme parks and movie sets.
    A3 LE in a skimpy (free?) outfit from Evil Innocence, with kitbashed textures. I forgot whose boots she's wearing, and whose heat she's packing. She looks like a movie star with that tan, eh?
    Original DAZ dragon.
    Landscape with David's "Glacial Ice" applied.
    That's about it except for Bryce sky. No postwork.
    I have added flames and laser beam via postwork for other purposes, but am entering the unaltered render here.

    It's very difficult to get this bright color and contrast using Studio. Bryce makes it easy.
