Rigging and Weight painting Tutorials??

I found lots of good tuts on the subject, but they are all for other software packages. I try to adapt them as much as possible, but the rigging and weight painting tools in Carrara are pretty basic. Are there any tuts out there on this topic specifically geared towards Carrara?
I'm mostly interested in character rigging, and I use C8.1 and or C8.5
