GTX 1080 and Octane v3 Carrara Plugin

Hi there, i am about to upgrade my graphics card and i'm interested on GTX 1080, but i read in some forums from the past year that Octane v3 is not compatible with that card. :(

Is that true or already solved? 

 I'm actually have GTX 970 :D

    I heard quite the opposite, Pascal architecture got covered in V3 ...

    For just "few" bucks more you could get 2 1070 cards or wait till next year, 1080 is still over $650 now, it could be down to 400 something next year or even for Christmass, you never know.

    I have 2 GTX 960 so I can still wait till 1080 gets cheap (I render in Cycles and Iray BTW)  smiley

    I'm again, i couldn't wait because my job :/

    I get the 1080 gtx, and it's amazing!! Faster, really faster render with octane and every single game runs full specs.
