DSON trouble

I installed DSON importer into Poser 9 and also installed Esentials and also SR3

however whatever I tried when I load the Genesis figure from the librarie Is still get this message
ImportError: No module named dson.dzdsonimporter

what the heck is going wrong al the time?

    Did you install the 32 bit version of the importer? Have you checked it didn't mistakenly install to a Poser Pro 2012 folder, instead of Poser 9?
